PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A ~16-guest group paired a Hawaii cruise with time on Oahu, and on a cruise land program the hard parts are the seams: arriving and settling before embarkation, catching the ship’s boarding window, and — after debarkation — touring and getting to the airport on individual flights.
AGT ran both ends from a single Oahu base — pre-cruise Waikiki nights with airport meet & assist, Pearl Harbor and city touring, an embarkation-day transfer timed to the pier, then a post-cruise pier pickup with luggage handling, more Oahu touring, and departure transfers matched to each guest’s flight — with one Oahu contact owning the operation.
THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
A cruise land program is governed by the ship’s clock at both ends. Four seams had to be handled.

Arrive & Settle Before Embarkation
Guests needed pre-cruise nights to arrive, rest, and settle before the ship’s boarding day.

Hit the Boarding Window
The embarkation-day transfer had to deliver the group to the pier inside the ship’s boarding window.

Post-Debarkation Pickup & Luggage
After the cruise, the group had to be met at the pier with luggage handled and moved into touring.

Individual Flight Departures
Guests flew home on individual flights, so departure transfers had to be timed to each itinerary.
PLANNING & PREPARATION
AGT planned the land program around the sailing — pre-cruise nights, the embarkation window, and the debarkation-day pickup and departures as fixed anchors.
With the ship’s schedule as the constraint, planning concentrated on timed, reliable transfers at both seams and Oahu touring that filled the days without threatening the boarding window or an outbound flight.

EXECUTION — THE AGT SOLUTION
On the ground, AGT ran the ~16-guest program from a Waikiki base with one Oahu contact owning the operation. Guests were met at the airport, settled into pre-cruise nights, and toured Pearl Harbor and the city before the sailing.
On embarkation day the group was delivered to the pier inside the boarding window; after debarkation they were met with luggage handled, toured Oahu, and were transferred to the airport on their individual flights. AGT runs cruise group programs built around the ship’s schedule.
