Challenge: A returning corporate group needed a 60+ room block held and rooming aligned to arrival and departure transfers around a private evening event.
How AGT coordinated hotels: We set and managed the room block, reconciled the rooming list, and timed check-in and checkout with the property against the group’s transfers and event. Outcome: Rooms ready on arrival, a clean group check-in, and a program that ran on schedule end to end.
Educational / School Group — 60 Travelers, Oahu
Challenge: A 60-person school group needed a Waikiki room block with rooming that kept students and chaperones grouped on a 1:4 ratio.
How AGT coordinated hotels: We built the rooming list to the chaperone ratio, set the block and check-in timing with the hotel, and synced arrivals with transfers. Outcome: The group checked in together, rooming matched supervision needs, and arrival day stayed on schedule.
Cruise Group — Pre- & Post-Cruise, Oahu
Challenge: Cruise passengers needed Waikiki hotel nights with check-in and checkout timed to embarkation and debarkation.

Challenge: A four-island itinerary required four sequenced hotels with clean checkout-to-check-in handoffs between islands.
