Program Overview
Who This Program Is For
Aloha Group Travel provides Hawaii school group travel and educational tours for school administrators, teachers, educational travel planners, student travel organizations, youth and church group leaders, student leadership coordinators, and travel advisors managing student groups. Whether you’re planning a multi-day educational program or a multi-island student trip, you set the learning objectives and AGT executes the ground operation.
AGT is not a vacation packager or online travel agency. As a Hawaii-based destination management company, we own the operational layer that keeps a student group safe and on schedule: transportation, group movement, arrival and departure management, hotel coordination, vendor coordination, educational experiences, and on-island support across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii Island. For the people responsible for the group, that means one accountable local partner instead of a patchwork of vendors managed from the mainland.

ARRIVALS & GROUP TRANSPORTATION
Every Student Movement, Planned and Supervised
Educational programs run on tight schedules with large groups and adult chaperones to keep together. AGT coordinates airport arrivals, hotel transfers, and daily group transportation across the islands — sequencing every movement so students, teachers, and chaperones travel together, on time, and accounted for. Continuous flight monitoring keeps arrivals on track from the moment the group lands.
Airport Arrivals & Transfers
Groups are met on arrival and transferred together to their hotel, with flights tracked in real time.
Meet & Assist + Group Check-In
On-the-ground staff manage greetings, head counts, and check-in so the group moves smoothly from the start.
Daily Group Transportation
Vans, Sprinters, and motorcoaches matched to group size for every day of the program.
Educational Touring
Educational touring — Pearl Harbor, museums, and island sites — coordinated around the daily schedule.
Hotel Coordination
Group rooming, arrivals, and timing coordinated with hotels for student groups.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES
Learning Experiences, Fully Coordinated
The experiences are why the group travels. AGT designs and operates educational programs in each destination — owning transportation, guides, reservations, and timing — built around your curriculum and age group. From Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri to museums, cultural sites, and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, every experience is coordinated so educators can focus on students, not logistics.

WHY ALOHA GROUP TRAVEL
Why Schools and Educational Groups Choose a Hawaii-Based Partner
Educational travel carries responsibilities a vacation never does — minors to supervise, parents and administrators to answer to, tight schedules, and no room for a transportation gap or a missed reservation. The challenge isn’t any single booking; it’s owning the coordination so every movement is safe, on time, and accounted for.
AGT is built for that. Working with one local, accountable partner gives educators a single point of contact for transportation, scheduling, safety support, vendor coordination, and on-island execution, plus the fleet capacity and relationships of a team that runs student programs across Hawaii year-round. You deliver a safe, meaningful program — without building a Hawaii operation yourself.

HAWAII SCHOOL GROUP FAQ
Questions About Hawaii School Group Travel & Student Logistics
School travel carries responsibilities a vacation never does — minors to supervise, tight schedules, and no room for a transportation gap. Here are the questions administrators, teachers, and student-travel planners ask us most.
Is Aloha Group Travel a travel agency or a destination management company?
AGT is a Hawaii-based destination management company (DMC). We are your local execution partner for transportation, logistics, and on-island operations — you keep control of your program, and we run the ground operation.
How do you support student safety and supervision?
We coordinate group movement with head counts, timing, and on-island staff support, keep students and chaperones together through every transfer.
Can you handle accessibility needs?
Yes. Transportation and routing are adapted for participants with accessibility needs as part of program planning.
What size student groups can you manage?
From single classes to groups of 200+ participants, including multi-school and multi-chaperone programs.
Do you coordinate Pearl Harbor and educational site visits?
Yes. We coordinate Pearl Harbor, museums, cultural centers, and national-park visits with transportation, reservations, and daily timing built around your itinerary.
Do you coordinate multi-island school programs?
Yes. We coordinate interisland flights, transfers, and daily logistics across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii Island.
How far ahead should we book a Hawaii school program?
Most programs are best planned 6–12 months out for the best availability and pricing. That said, we regularly take shorter-notice inquiries — even about a week out — and will build a program whenever availability and fit allow.
What chaperone ratio do you require?
Chaperone and supervision ratios are set by your school or district. We build the program around the requirements you bring — coordinating transportation, head counts, and on-island logistics so your chaperones are supported at every step.
