WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKED
The Value Wasn't Transportation. It Was Educational Program Coordination.
The client initially explored coordinating portions of the program independently. As the itinerary developed, managing transportation, attraction admissions, dining arrangements, accessibility requirements, scheduling, and daily logistics became increasingly complex.
AGT served as a single operational partner throughout the planning and execution process, providing one point of contact responsible for coordinating vendors, admissions, transportation, meals, and daily logistics.
The result was a streamlined planning experience for the group organizer and a consistent experience for students and chaperones throughout the program.
Educational Experiences
Admissions and scheduling coordinated across multiple attractions and educational venues.
Student Transportation
Daily transportation movements coordinated throughout the 11-day program.
Cultural Learning
Experiences integrated throughout the itinerary to support educational objectives.
Program Coordination
One point of contact responsible for planning, communication, and execution.
