PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A multi-generational family of ~50 — toddlers to grandparents — came to Oahu for a reunion, and a reunion has to work for four generations at once without fragmenting into separate trips.
AGT held a ~30-room block and kept it together so the family stayed in one place, ran group transportation sized to the full party, designed mixed-age activity tracks with a whole-family signature day everyone shared, and coordinated group dining and a reunion dinner — all owned by a single reunion coordinator.
THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
A four-generation reunion for ~50 has to be one program, not several. Four things had to be handled.

EXECUTION — THE AGT SOLUTION
On the ground, AGT ran the reunion as one program with a single reunion coordinator owning it end to end. The ~50-guest family was welcomed with a lei greeting and met at the airport, and the ~30-room block was kept together so everyone stayed in one place.
The program centered on a whole-family signature day on the water — a private catamaran and sandbar experience everyone could share — with mixed-age activity tracks around it and a reunion dinner for the whole party, all moved together on group transportation.
