Coordination challenge: Sequence Pearl Harbor, a full circle-island tour, and a cultural luau across a multi-day itinerary with fixed entrance times. How AGT coordinated: We locked Pearl Harbor entrance times, sequenced circle-island stops to open times and daylight, booked the luau to headcount, and timed transport to each activity. Operational result: Every activity ran on time with no missed admissions — the group moved through Pearl Harbor, the island, and the luau without gaps.
