THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
Maui’s roads and ocean days set the terms at scale. Four things had to be handled.

Roads Can't Take Full Coaches
The Road to Hana and the Haleakala summit can’t take full motorcoaches, so vehicles had to be sized to each route.
